Prosecco Caramel Mousse

This is a dead easy little recipe and ever so yummy!

Serves 6


  • 1 Jar Joe & Seph’s Prosecco Caramel Sauce
  • 100g double cream
  • 1 tub mascarpone
  • Joe & Seph’s White Chocolate & Vanilla Bean Popcorn


  1. Whisk cream

    Whip the double cream until stiff peaks appear (around 5 minutes whisking).

  2. Add mascarpone and caramel sauce

    Gently fold in the mascarpone. When completely mixed, add the jar of Joe & Seph’s Prosecco Caramel Sauce and again, gently fold.

  3. Put in ramekins and refrigerate

    Add the mix to ramekins, and put in the fridge to set.

  4. Top with popcorn and serve

    Once set, top with our Joe & Seph's White Chocolate and Vanilla Bean popcorn and serve!
