Email Club Offer - Terms & Conditions

Sign up to our email club and you will receive a welcome email with a code entitling you to 5% off your first order when you spend £35 or more on our website. This code cannot be combined with any other code or any other offer, discount or promotion offered by Joe & Seph’s. This code is valid on popcorn, caramels sauces and gifts and excludes subscriptions and international shipping charges. This code is valid for one month only or while stocks last.

Referrer Rewards

The referrer is offered 10% off Joe & Seph’s website, for each friend they refer that orders for the first time.
By signing up to Joe & Seph’s Refer A Friend Scheme, the referrer also agrees to subscribe to Joe & Seph’s email club.
In order, for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Joe & Seph’s and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing Joe & Seph’s customer.
In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
You cannot earn more than 3 referrer discounts in any 24 hour period, more than 20 referrer discounts in any 12 month period or more than £250 worth of discount in any 12 month period.
If multiple qualifying referrals are made to Joe & Seph’s, the referrer will receive multiple 10% off codes. Only one 'Refer a Friend' promotional code can be used per transaction. A Referrer may not earn more than 3 rewards within any 24 hour period, 20 rewards within any 12 month period.
Rewards will be delivered to the referrer, unless the friend's purchase is cancelled.
The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has made a purchase using their code. Once the referred friend’s order has been dispatched, the referrer will receive their 10% off code by email.
Rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date earned by the referrer.
Referral codes cannot be combined with any other code or any other offer, discount or promotion offered by Joe & Seph’s.
Referral codes are valid on popcorn, caramels sauces, gifts and excludes subscriptions and international shipping charges.

Referred Friend Rewards

The Referred friend is offered a free standard pouch when they place their first order online. The referred friend can choose from three options: Salted Caramel Popcorn 80g, Milk Chocolate Popcorn Bites 63g and a Mystery Pouch.
In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Joe & Seph’s and over the age of 18.
Any rewards will be revoked if a cancellation is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral

"Popcorn Chef" Monthly Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

One lucky winner will be picked at random from all the entrants on the last day of every month and the winner will be notified within 3 days.
Entrants must be 18 years old or over and based in the UK. The prize consists of 1 x Popcorn Bundle (RRP £19.95)
The winners are responsible for providing their full name, email and address so the prizes can be sent to them. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the email then an alternative winner will be chosen. No cash alternative will be offered to the prize.
Entry can by customers of the "Make Your Own Gourmet Popcorn Kit" sharing an image of their kit experience via facebook, Instagram or twitter and tagging @joeandseph and using #joeandsephs. Alternatively, entries can be made by emailing [email protected] with your "Make Your Own Gourmet Popcorn Kit" experience.
All entries are subject to verification. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result of the competition. Entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions and competition entry signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions
