Chocolate Popcorn Bark

A heavenly combination of chocolate and popcorn! This @laurenloves2talk recipe makes the perfect at-home treat!

Serves 2


  • 200g Milk Chocolate
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of Joe & Seph’s Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 3/4 packet of Joe & Seph’s Salted Caramel Popcorn
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Melt chocolate

    Start by breaking up the chocolate and melting over a bain-marie (or in the microwave)

  2. Line baking tray

    Line a baking tray or large chopping board with baking paper

  3. Crush popcorn

    Crush Joe & Seph's Salted Caramel Popcorn into pieces and set aside – Tip: Leave some whole pieces too for bigger chunks

  4. Pour chocolate into baking tin

    Once the chocolate has melted, pour over the baking paper and spread evenly (but not too thin)

  5. Drizzle caramel sauce

    Drizzle over Joe & Seph's Salted Caramel Sauce

  6. Sprinkle over popcorn

    Sprinkle over the popcorn pieces

  7. Refrigerate

    Pop straight into the fridge to set for an hour or 2

  8. Break into shards and serve

    Once it’s set, remove from the fridge and break into shards – Enjoy whilst cold!
