Any orders received after these dates we'll still do our best to get them to you in time, but we can't guarantee they will arrive by the 25th December. As our elves are a little busier at this time of year, we might take a little more time processing and dispatching your order, so please allow for an extra day or two for your popcorn to arrive. We’re back at BBC London Good Food Show this November and it's a very special event for all of us at popcorn HQ as it's where Joe & Seph's began 6 whole years ago...
We made a whopping 40kg of popcorn in the family kitchen which we packed in to giant tubs to then HANDPACK the individual bags to order (something we will never attempt to do again!)
Fully expecting to return with a car full of leftover popcorn, we spent the journey to the show on the phone to local hospitals and restaurants to see if they had any need for some leftover gourmet popcorn but thankfully for us it seemed to go down very well... we sold out entirely before the end of day two!

This summer we have been all over the UK having a ball at various shows. We kicked off the Summer with Taste of London in Regents Park – mighty fine food, drinks, company and music. It's one of our favourite shows, and a great place to taste some of the best dishes from London restaurants, and explore what's going on in the world of food and drink.
A couple of weeks later we were set up and ready to go at British Summer Time Festival - an awesome 11 day festival in Hyde Park, London with some of the best artists in the world performing.
We were lucky enough to see Stevie Wonder, Jamie Woon, Carole King, Pharrell, Take That, Olly Murs, Ella Eyre to mention a few - a couple of whom came and visited our marquee to try some of our popcorn!
We finished off August north of the border in Edinburgh, Scotland for Foodies Festival. We had a great time, and surprisingly the sun even decided to join us for the first 2 days! Unfortunately the Sunday was cancelled due to high winds which we were obviously gutted about, although it did give us a chance to explore the delights of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival!

This August, our friend Frances Quinn (2013 Great British Bake Off Winner) put on a series of complimentary workshops called Quinntessential crEATes - a series of workshops all about showing what is possible when you combine art, design and food.
We spent a delightful evening with Frances and a few other guests at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel creating art with our Chocolate Caramel Sauce and popcorn (which incidentally made for an excellent snack whilst doodling!) - thanks for having us!

We have had to keep this a big secret for a while, so we are absolutely thrilled to finally announce that to celebrate the highly anticipated release of Steven Spielberg’s The BFG film this Summer, we have created a brand new Limited Edition Frobscottle Popcorn.

So, you might have seen that in May we launched the first official Marmite popcorn – it’s one of our proudest partnerships to date and something we’ve been excited about launching for months now!
We’ve been working with Unilever UK, who own the licence for Marmite, on this project for nearly two years now since the day we first got in touch to the launch date on the 27th May 2016.
We’ve always loved coming up with new flavours for our popcorn, always on the lookout for new ideas (many of which are suggested by our lovely fans on social media and at shows!), and creating a Marmite popcorn is something we’ve wanted to do for a long time as it is such an iconic British brand and we knew it would taste fantastic on our corn.
After putting together a very detailed commercial proposal, we were naturally delighted when Unilever selected Joe & Seph's to create the first official licenced Marmite Popcorn and got cracking with the challenge straight away! This involved a number of meetings with Unilever's licencing and technical teams, before we began experimenting in the kitchen to try and get the perfect balance of Marmite flavour. After this we set about completing all of the technical specifications, working with our designers to create the packaging, speaking to our customers to sell the product, as well as creating a marketing and PR plan for the launch – so it’s a fantastic feeling to finally see it on the shelves!
We’ve loved seeing the reaction so far (which has been largely positive – thankfully more seem to “Love it” than “Hate it”!), and are delighted to have been featured in the Telegraph, Mashable.com and the Metro newspaper as well as a huge reaction on social media. Thanks so much for your support!

You know what they say, "Teamwork makes the dream work", so last week we embarked on a team challenge, competing in the bi-annual Hotelympia 10k Race.
Arriving slightly apprehensive and rather chilly, 9 brave Joe & Seph'ers from the office, kitchens and warehouse took on the elements and came through victorious as we picked up the overall team winners medal, knocking our good pals Fresh Montgomery of their perch!
Special mention to our resident runner bean Sophie, who was the fastest female in the race, finishing in a cool 41.16 minutes - outstanding effort! Must be all that popcorn fuel...

With Mother’s Day on the horizon we thought we would shine a spotlight on the mother of Joe & Seph’s, Jackie Sopher.
As a family run business Jackie works side by side with her husband Joseph and two sons, Adam and Paul, which quite frankly is an achievement in itself! But more than that Jackie has very much adopted a maternal role to the kitchen & warehouse teams she looks after, and on her last birthday was described as the ‘best boss ever’!
So, who is the Mother of Popcorn?
Jackie, who is now more commonly known for her sell out QVC performances wasn’t always the TV star that she is today... Her professional career began at Texas Homecare where she was a successful buying assistant, however what Jackie prides herself on most is her role as mother to 3 children, Adam, Paul and Louise.
In 2010, she set up Joe & Seph’s with Joseph and their eldest son Adam and haven’t looked back since!
What does Jackie do at Joe & Seph’s?
It’s probably easier to list what she doesn’t do to be honest! Much like her household, Jackie keeps things running at Joe & Seph’s. She looks after the warehouse, kitchens and distribution teams, making sure the popcorn is popped, packed and shipped on time and tasting great, so it is fair to say there is never a quiet day for Jackie! When she isn’t solving HR related matters or managing stock levels, she is also busy looking after payroll and paying the bills. So between finance, stock control and staff management it is fair to say Jackie is at the very heart of the business and that is exactly where we want our mother of popcorn to be. And to think she manages to do all of this in 6 inch heels…
We asked Jackie to comment on what life is like working with her two sons and she told us that she “must be the envy of all mothers out there. She feels extremely privileged to be able to spend every day with the people that matter to her most. It makes her job that much more important and something she really cherishes.” N’aaww.

Interestingly whilst Hallmark seems to get the majority of credit for the creation of Mother’s Day, the actual earliest history dates back to the Ancient Greeks who dedicated this spring festival to honour the goddess Rhea, who was the matriarch to many of the goddesses in Greek mythology.

We recently teamed up with the lovely Frances Quinn, Great British Bake Off royalty, to produce a video of her creating one of her delicious recipes using our Salted Caramel Popcorn. The recipe of choice came straight out of her brilliant new cookbook ‘Quintessential Baking’. Frances uses our Salted Caramel popcorn to create her amazing Lillipopcorn pops and then tops them off by dipping them in our Salted Caramel Sauce...Yum!
